It is known from Zhonghuan Semiconductor that the opening ceremony of the project of large-diameter silicon wafer used in integrated circuit was held in Yixing, Jiangsu, on December 28th. The project is a large R & D base of semiconductor materials established by Zhonghuan Semiconductor, Wuxi government and Zhejiang Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. to promote the development and optimization of the integrated circuit industry chain of Wuxi.
