Jinguan Electric acquires Hongtu Diaphragm

On late December 27th, Jinguan Electric announced that the company purchasing asset by share issuing and cash as well as raising counterpart funding got conditional pass after Acquisition and Reorganization Committee of CSRC audited, indicating that the company successfully acquired 100% of shares of Hongtu Diaphragm, accelerating the layout in the new energy field of the company, and realizing two-wheel drive of " intelligent electrical equipment + new energy".
It is reported that Hongtu Diaphragm is a high-tech enterprise integrating lithium-ion battery diaphragm development, production and sales, and also is the earliest professional battery diaphragm enterprise, which filled the gaps in the domestic diaphragm industry.
A responsible person from Jinguan Electric noted that Hongtu Diaphragm's lithium ion battery diaphragm project of 90,000,000 m2 per year, with annual capacity of 110,000,000 m2, was officially put into production in November. The output is expected to be 52,000,000 m2 this year, up by 147% from 2016 and the full coverage of coating diaphragm will be achieved.
