Mining rights in natural reserve of Hunan to be cancelled before May 2018

Lately, Hunan Provincial Government issued disposal concepts ("the Concepts") on mining rights of natural reserve in Hunan. According to the Concepts, all of the national and provincial natural reserves should cancel the illegal mining rights before the end of the year and other mining rights related to natural reserves before May, 2018.
