Minfa Aluminum invests RMB5.1 million in establishing subsidiary

According to the announcement released by Fujian Minfa Aluminum Inc. on December 27, it established Fujian Minfa Zhilv Technology Co., Ltd. together with Huang Qiushui, Chen Linjie, Li Youping and Chen Ronghua. The registered capital of the new company was RMB10 million with RMB5.1 million invested by Minfa Aluminum, the controlling shareholder, accounting for 51% of the total registered capital.
On 26 December, 2017, Minfa Aluminum signed the shareholders' cooperative investment agreement of Fujian Minfa Zhilv Technology Co., Ltd. with above four persons, and got the business license of the new company on the same day. The newly-established company is mainly engaged in the R&D, processing, production and sales of products, including aluminum door & window, winter garden, all aluminum furniture, curtain wall, and others and related parts; brand planning and operation; operation and management of direct sales and franchise systems; the whole industry chain investment in aluminum products; import & export of self-supporting and agent products and technology, excluding the products and technology China prohibits. The operating period is from 26 December, 2017 to 25 December, 2067.
