On the morning of December 27, Malion New Materials launched its Li-battery hydra-separation membrane project. With an occupation area of 40,000 square meters and a total investment of over RMB500 million, Stage One of the project is expected to provide a tax of nearly RMB200 million when it goes into operation. According to the company's vice general manager Duan Wenyong, as a basic material for producing high power batteries, material traits of hydra-separation membrane are better and the Chinese Li-battery hydra-separation membrane market will witness quicker growth in the future as the new energy motorcar industry and power battery industry are developing rapidly in China.
