With the approval of the Beijing municipal government, Shougang became the comprehensive pilot for the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises in Beijing. The notice Deepening the Reform of a Comprehensive Pilot Program on Shougang Group Co., Ltd. by Municipal SASAC was issued after reviewed by the 13th director of the office of Beijing Municipal SASAC and approved by Beijing municipal government, and Shougang was required to conscientiously organize the implementation.
Among the notice, "measures of work" includes nine aspects: comprehensively promoting the reform of the company system, deepening the pilot construction of the board of directors, deepening the reform of the mixed ownership system, exploring the pilot of professional managers, deepening the reform of the internal remuneration distribution system, perfecting the management and control system, promoting the enterprise state-owned property rights circulation piloting, speeding up the stripping social functions from enterprises, and vigorously promoting the supply-side structural reform.
