Jiangsu Asia-Pacific Light Alloy raises funds for NEV auto parts factory of APH

Asia-Pacific Light Alloy Technology Co., Ltd. announced on 27 Nov that in order to optimize industrial structure and enhance competitiveness of its subsidiary - Jiangsu APH Metal Printing Technology Co., Ltd. (APH), the company agreed to invest for the project of NEV auto parts factory.
Total investment of RMB119.065 million for the project are self-funds of APH, among which RMB7,000 would be contributed by Asia-Pacific Light Alloy via fund raise and would be accounted into the registered capital of APH. For insufficient or over-budget capital during the project construction, APH should raise funds by itself.
