Jialing who had been suspended for nearly two months due to the planning of major asset restructuring made an announcement on December 26th, claiming that it would continue to be delisted. The announcement revealed that the transaction mode of this major asset restructuring is to sell existing assets and liabilities of the company while purchasing assets through issuance of shares and/or cash payment; the assets to be sold are the company's existing business, assets and Liabilities and the assets to be injected include assets related to lithium-ion specialty power business under CECT Lishen Co., Ltd. and/or its related parties.
