The announcement revealed that the transaction mode of this major asset restructuring is to sell existing assets and liabilities of the company while purchasing assets through issuance of shares and/or cash payment; the assets to be sold are the company's existing business, assets and Liabilities and the assets to be injected include assets related to lithium-ion specialty power business under CECT Lishen Co., Ltd. and/or its related parties.
