HGTECH subsidiary to co-found semiconductor company with RMB 60 million

HGTECH announced on the evening of December 25 that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuhan HGTECH Investment Management Co., Ltd. and other companies will co-found Wuhan Yunling Photoelectric Co., Ltd. which mainly engages in design, production, packaging and sales of semiconductor laser and detector with registered capital of RMB137.75 million. HGTECH Investment Management invested RMB60 million in cash, accounting for 43.56% of the total share capital.
