Yuguang Gold and Lead to issue non-public green bond of RMB1 billion

Yuguang Gold and Lead announced on the evening of December 22 that the company intends to issue non-public green bond of no more than RMB1 billion, with RMB800 million for the technological updating project of recycling of secondary lead and efficient cleaner production, and another RMB200 million for the operation of the project mentioned above (or repayment of green project loans).
