Suzhou Jiang'ao Optoelectronics Tec Co., Ltd. ("Jiang'ao Optoelectronics") announced on December 19th that the company intends to issue no more than 6 million shares to Lingtao, to raise no more than RMB24 million, with issue price of RMB4.00 per share.
