Sunwoda Electronics Co., Ltd. made an announcement on the evening of December 18th, stating that Shenzhen Qianhai Hongsheng Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, will transfer a 90% of stake in Shenzhen Ou Sheng Automation Co., Ltd., its holding company at a price of RMB108 million to Zhuo Shuhong and Shen Hanbiao, and has signed the agreement. After the completion of the transfer, Qianhai Hongsheng would no longer hold the shares of Ou Sheng Automation.

According to the analysis, Sunwoda's move aims to divest non-core business as well as loss-making business and focus on lithium battery manufacturing and PACK business.
