High-energy-density Li-ion super-capacitor made of modified graphene comes into quantity production in China

After Ningbo Morsh Tech’s 500tpy graphene microchip production line went into operation in 2016, another new graphene-related product, high-energy-density Li-ion super-capacitor made of modified graphene, successfully passed professional authentication by Ningbo Municipal Economic and Information Technology Committee (“NBEIC”)
According to NBEIC, as modified graphene is used in producing compound cathode materials and conductive agents of this super-capacitor, its structural stability and electrode density improved. Its single-capacitor capacity amounts to 17KF, energy density is over 20Wh/kg and watt density is close to 8kW/kg, hitting an internationally leading level.
Feedback from users is encouraging as the capacitor’s main technical specifications meet up with requirements in realistic application, and therefore it’s feasible to go into quantity production now.
