On November 15, Jiangsu Development & Reform Commission announced that Wuxi Xinsanzhou Steel had dismantled its 50t electric furnace and opened to public monitoring.
In November 2017, Wuxi Xinsanzhou Steel Co., Ltd. committed itself to permanent shutdown of its 50t electric furnace, a task that had been listed on the company’s capacity-cutting agenda this year. By now, the company had already finished dismantling of the furnace.
