Mexico imposes temporary ADD against Chinese alloy carbon steel pipes

The Mexican Ministry of Economic Affairs issued an announcement on August 11, 2017, claiming that it will impose temporary anti-dumping duties of 65.05% -202.55% on involved Chinese products, whose tariff lines are 73061999,73063001, 73063099 and 73066101, based on the preliminary ruling of anti-dumping investigation against Chinese alloy carbon steel pipes.
The interested parties may submit comments and supporting evidences on the preliminary results to the Mexican investigative authorities before 2pm of the 20th working day after the publication of the announcement.
