China's lithium battery output up by 28.2% YOY in first 4 months of 2017

According to news from Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People’s Republic of China on June 7th, China’s output for lithium ion battery (major product in battery manufacturing industry of China) were 2.65 billion in first 4 months of 2017, up by 28.2% YOY; the total exports were RMB25.54 billion, up by 8.8% YOY, with sales-output ratio up to 94%; main business income of battery manufacturing industry above designated scales were RMB178.3 billion, up by 19.5% YOY, with profits of RMB9.1 billion which went up by 9.9% YOY; total profits of lithium ion battery enterprises were RMB5.77 billion, up by 12% YOY.
