According to announcement from Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources Co., Ltd., the company intends to acquire the full equity of UK Gardner by cash payment. The transaction price is expected to reach about RMB326 million of pounds or about RMB279,336.36.
According to the announcement, Gardner is a first-class aviation technology company in Europe with well business and stable profitability. Before the funds collected from IPO is in position, Ligeance Mineral will pay this acquirement through fund loans and bank loans in advance and relevant borrowing costs will offset consolidated net profit of listed companies to some extent.
