    Many ferromanganese producers suspended production for the Parade holiday in early September and the supply was reducing, and many end users reduced purchase volume for the holiday, so the demand became weaker, making the ferrochrome price on the decline in September.

    Chrome ore traders had no confidence in the following market considering the dull ferrochrome market situation and had intention to reduce the import volume of chrome ore. Meanwhile, ferrochrome producers tried their best to lower the purchase price on chrome ore, resulting in the falling price trend of chrome ore in September.
