In November, Chinese manganese flake 99.7%min prices generally hovered between RMB8,700-9,000/t (USD1,349-1,395/t). But as producers in operation mainly supplied the material through long-term contracts and the old stocks in the South were gradually consumed, market supply in the South became increasingly tight, which helped push up the spot prices, which barely surpassed RMB9,000/t (USD1,395/t). Entering December, the demand for manganese flake remained poor, so it is expected that the mainstream prices will still hover around RMB9,000/t(USD1,395/t).Asian Metal Copyright The same month, impacted by the slight growth of electrolytic manganese prices in the domestic market, FOB prices for the material in the southern ports also climbed up, but with very few activities as foreign buyers pressed hard on the prices.Asian Metal Copyright The same month, impacted by the slight growth of electrolytic manganese prices in the domestic market, FOB prices for the material in the southern ports also climbed up, but with very few activities as foreign buyers pressed hard on the prices.
