Electrical steel prices continued to decrease during the month, as a result of the weak downstream demand and lower raw material prices. Though most Chinese leading electrical steel producers have announced to maintain their ex-works prices unchanged for December delivery, domestic traders are still very likely to reduce their offers to promote sales. Insiders believe that Chinese electrical steel prices will fall further in December.
