Section steel prices continued to go down during this month, due to the weak downstream demand and lower raw material prices. December is traditionally considers as the off season for steel consumption in China as the cold weather in North China will impose a negative influence on the construction of outdoor projects, Moreover, raw material prices showed no signs of stabilizing. Therefore, insiders believe that Chinese section steel prices will decrease further in December.
