The Chinese tantalum-niobium market remained quiet in October. Most plants only maintained hand-to-mouth purchases in small volumes due to no improvement in the downstream demand and low consumption of raw materials. The supply in the overseas market showed a slight increase, leading to fierce competition among suppliers and offers declined accordingly.
