    Manganese Flake Market Report October 2015

    The demand for manganese flake, both inside and outside of China, has reduced constantly in the recent 2-3 months.Asian Metal Copyright From early to middle October, price reduction initiated by larger manganese flake smelters forced down the overall levels by such a large scale that many producers in the South chose to stop production in late the month, and some of the top producers also slashed output.Asian Metal Copyright But many medium-and-large-size electrolytic plants still maintained stable production. Without much demand and with regular output, the market supply increased steadily, and the prices for manganese flake were thus driven down significantly in October, with a decline scale as much as RMB700/t (USD110/t).
