In August, the Chinese tantalum-niobium market saw no improvement and most end users in overseas market continued to consume stocks with purchasing volumes kept at low level. Tantalum suppliers held large stocks with severe pressure and some suppliers further lowered offers for more sales. As a result, the market price was moving downward.
