Chinese tantalum-niobium market remained stagnant in April. As supply was still tight in the spot market, suppliers held offers firm. At the same time, end users continued to make purchase from hand to mouth, rare transactions were concluded in the spot market. Most consumers held watchful attitudes towards the future market and it was predicted that the market in May will keep dim. Limited by production cost, prices for Ta-Nb related products will not decrease greatly in May.
