Seamless pipe prices went down slightly in certain markets during the month such as Shanghai. However, they remained stable in most regions including Tianjin and Guangzhou. The overall market performance remained unsatisfactory, and as a result, most traders were none too confident about the market outlook for September, even though it is traditionally the peak season. Insiders predict the price is likely to go down slightly in September.
