Seamless pipe prices declined slightly in most Chinese domestic markets during the month, dragged down by the unsatisfactory market performance. Considering the hot and rainy weather would continue into August with the downstream demand unlikely to recover, most traders jacked confidence in the market outlook and were cautious about supplementing inventories. Insiders presume that the price is likely to continue its downward trend in August.
