Seamless pipe prices went down slightly in most Chinese domestic markets including Shanghai and Guangzhou due to a decline in raw material prices, although they remained more or less stable in certain regions such as Tianjin. Meanwhile, the overall market performance was unsatisfactory and most traders jacked confidence in the market outlook, remaining hesitant about supplementing inventories. Insiders do not think the price will change much in June.
