Prices of seamless pipe went down slightly this month due to the poor market performance. Since there were only three-week’s working days this month and most construction projects had not been restarted yet, the demand remained soft. Besides, prices of raw materials showed a downward trend influenced by the power rationing in last two weeks of this month, and mills kept lowering list prices of seamless pipe accordingly, heightening market participants’ pessimistic attitudes. Insiders deem the market price is likely to decline slightly next month.
