Prices of seamless pipe kept stable in most domestic markets this month, while they went down slightly in certain markets like Tianjin. With the approach of the Spring Festival (January 31st), the demand from downstream industries shrank day by day and the market performed inactively. Not being confident of the market after the holiday, traders were cautious about supplementing inventories. Insiders foresee an unchanged price in February.
