Prices of seamless pipe did not change much this month coupled with participants’ wait-and-see attitude and the market performed inactively. Though believing the price was likely to go up after the Spring Festival supported by low inventories, most traders did not think it could rise before that when the demand would shrink day by day with the approach of the holiday. Insiders foresee a stable price in January.
