Gallium market remained quiet in October in China. Some buyers showed little interest in purchase as they anticipated that prices will be lowered by oversupply and weak demand, while mainstream deal prices of domestic gallium market did not fluctuate too much although some suppliers reduced offers slightly. International prices of gallium kept stable this month. Although prices had hit bottom, most buyers kept watching the market. The market is unlikely to recover in the remainder of the quarter, and prices may edge downwards due to shortage in funds.
