1.1 Ecological energy construction lifting up “China Dream”
2013 is the first year of combination of electricity-coal contracts. Price fall in coal market provides chances for power generation enterprises to improve business environment and thermal power may have opportunity of great development in the coming 1-2 years. Some representatives and committee members said in the NPC and CPPCC that China will not shift focus from coal resources in generating power, so thermal power is certain to develop. Chinese construction of thermal power, hydroelectric stations and nuclear power will turn “green” and step in new development stage based on the principle of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
