In the evening on March 1st, the State Council released the Notice of Further Regulations to Real Estate Market, detailing the measures on the five national regulation policies to real estate market and primarily defining that an individual income tax presenting 20% of personal income made in the second-hand house trading. The policies have drawn a heated discussion in the industry.
