Chinese primary aluminum capacities keep expanding in the past ten years. We can see from the following picture that the production remains increasing from 2001 to 2012 with the average growth rate of 17.74% from 3.42 million tons to 19.88 million tons except for that the production in 2009 decreased due to the financial crisis in 2008. Therefore, the demand for aluminum fluoride also climbs up.
