In January, the whole vanadium market kept quiet with a slow demand. In the first half of the month, some participants adjust down their prices in other to get cash to pay their debts while some participants preferred to wait and watch before the coming Spring Festival. When it came to the second half of the month, most of participants were preparing for the coming festival and the market became much quieter. Export market had an obvious improvement in January with price increasing sharply in the first half of the month and then decreasing slightly.
