Rare earth market sees weak demand and few transactions in January 2013, excepting a slight recovery in middle of the month when consumers make purchases for Q1 of 2013. Affected by production halt, suppliers hold PrNd oxide and mischmetal prices firm despite sluggish demand. Prices of dysprosium, terbium and europium oxide keep sliding.
