This month, prices of HR strip in domestic markets increased though the demand was soft in the traditional dull season. As prices of raw materials such as iron ore and steel billet kept increasing, those of HR strip were stimulated to go up. The government has promised to support the steel industry, so some policies will be published to make sure the healthy and stability of steel market. So insiders predict the price of HR strip will keep stable or decrease slightly next month.
