Black silicon carbide market nearly came into a bottom period this year, and the situation is expected to last in August. Some smelters who were keep producing suspended production in July for the concern of high stockpiles and slow demand. Green silicon carbide market only saw slight increase in export market, which supported producers insisting on producing. A few of green silicon carbide smelters also halted production for a while under the pressure from circulating money.
