Chinese domestic steel plate prices further decreased in the month because of the continuously weak demand from customers and steel mills’ lower list prices. Affected by the gloomy economy at home and abroad, downstream users purchased the material inactively without enough production orders. Most traders generally adopted a pessimistic attitude towards the forthcoming market. Insiders predict that Chinese steel plate market is hard to rebound in the coming month.
