1.Financial overview:
1.1 People’s Bank of China determined to decrease deposit and loan rates for financial institutes since July 6, 2012. Deposit rates for one-year period dropped by 0.25% while loan rate fell by 0.31%; base rate and deposit & loan rate of personal housing fund changed accordingly.
