The price for magnesium ingot showed the upward trend with the entering of April. At the beginning of April, the production of magnesium ingot took up 50% of the domestic production in the major producing area——Shaanxi. Despite weak demand for the material in the market currently, most mills told Asian Metal that they confronted low level of stock caused by big movement at low price previously.
