HR strip prices in major markets of China remained downward in the month affected by the lower raw material cost and customers’ weak demand. Because of the bad sales performance, most traders were pessimistic about the forthcoming market. Insiders predict HR strip market will continue to be dim before the Spring Festival holiday.
