In November 2011, gallium market continued to be sluggish and most movements were from long-term contracts. Most buyers were waiting for further depreciations when prices decreased gradually. And the released expanded supply from China also softened the buying activities. Furthermore, the sliding global economy diminished the inventory level of downstream industries for the next year, causing further depreciations in prices in the overall gallium market.
