The overall market in November is running at a downtrend and the prices keep at the low level in the whole November. There is little buying interest in the market and many producers have decreased or suspended the production due to the poor demand and low prices, and they would hold stocks rather than undersell the materials and just wait the market for a better price. However, some suppliers are under financial pressure with the year coming to an end, and have to decrease the prices to get more deals.
