In November, the worsening debt problems in Europe and the pessimistic economic data from China and the United States still weighed on the sentiment in base metal markets. In this case, copper prices in London and Shanghai continued to go down during the month. With copper prices falling, consumers were still cautious, and the spot trading slowed down.
