HR strip prices in major markets of China went up slightly in the month mainly supported by the price increase of steel mills. Nevertheless, as customers purchased the material inactively in the low season, traders still faced a bad sales performance. Without the support of demand, insiders believe HR strip price is hard to further move up greatly in September.
