Affected by the environmental protection policy, manganese flake price continued to rise early this month to about the monthly summit of about RMB19,600/t (USD2,929/t) ex works. However, due to the weakening demand, manganese flake price dropped to about RMB18,800-19,000/t (USD2,819-2,849/t) ex works directly at the second of the month, and became stable late June. Market participants do not think the market will be active in July, and it is hard for the price to rebound in a short time.
