Compared with that of March, the rare earth market situation is gradually stabilization in April, the product prices increase slight. Pushed by the State reserves and integration of rare earth resources policy, rare earth ores supply keeps tight with significant rising prices. Light rare earth products in North market is steady, and buyers are temporarily on the sidelines, which leads lower deals now; Heavy rare earth products supply keeps tight in South China, then some suppliers are reluctant to sell with a higher price expectation. For the downstream industries, the market remains strong for NdFeB magnetic materials, and phosphors power industry demand increases; ceramic industry, polishing powder and catalyst industry demand is still weak.

Rare earth exporting market is getting better compared with that of February. April, the situation of rare earth exports keeps strong, and foreign importers are actively seeking long-term suppliers for rare earth products in China.
