The domestic seamless pipe market performed inactively this month due to the weak demand from downstream customers as well as negative policies on real estate. Generally prices fluctuated in the first half of the month and maintained unchanged in the second one. Insiders deem the price is likely to go up in May supported by the short supply from steel mills caused by the electricity limitation policy.
